The thing I love about CakePHP is that you don't need to waste time on how to implement something. You can immediately start thinking about what is the best way to implement something. It's almost mind-boggling, the joy of development in Cake.
But let's get to the point. It's been a while since I've worked really actively on NeutrinoCMS. This has changed in the past two weeks. A fully-implemented ACL was born, and things seem to work good. The new release will also include the new database migrations system (with a Cake Shell for development), L10n and a huge bag o' tricks.
Still, I feel like NeutrinoCMS lacks something. And that something is good image. The sheer lack of banners, buttons, logos and flying Web 2.0 colors. The problem is that I haven't touched Photoshop/GIMP in months. And even if I did, I don't think I'm proficient enough to do some superb, clean and enchanting stuff.
Therefore, I've decided to post this as a cry for help:
DESIGNER WANTED!
Someone to design logos, buttons, banners for NeutrinoCMS. I have a vision of a message to convey, but no time or sufficient skills to do this design right. Therefore, I'm looking for someone in the open source world who can do this easily and good.
If you are willing to help out, or know someone who can, or know a place to look, drop a note here o send an email to <neutrinocms[at]gmail.com>
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Regarding a designer, you could ask in the cakephp google group, maybe there is someone with design skills who wants to help.
Yes, it's a "brand new" concept of migrations. So far it's working good, I'm planning to write an article about it some time in the future (before the next release of Neutrino). Unfortunately, it's not working with a meta language, just plain old SQL, but I'm trying to emphasize the simplicity.
Someday I might upgrade it into a meta language version..but not just yet ;)
Thanks for the tip, I might ask on the group, hopefully it won't be marked as spam..
Thanks for commenting!
Do you have any ideas or suggestions for the migration system? I'd like to hear them if you do, so I can make something *really* reusable. :-) Feel free to send an email too.
Concerning helping, I am not "so good" designer, but more "backbone", I manage quite well cakephp, shells, php and mysql, if this can help ...
I also know some "better than me" even "good" designers .. I'll pass the word, and will be up to them ..
Cheers
